传统蒸鸡蛋糕


 我又来摆乌龙了
还以为这鸡蛋糕会开嘴微笑的

刚刚再找回以前收藏的食谱照片才发现
原来这蒸鸡蛋糕是这样的模样  不会开口笑

 哈  哈  哈 

我吖~ 真的是年纪大了  记性也不好了


蒸好后 还特地问了网友Mandy 为什么会这样
经过她和我讲解了过程之后  我才明白 
做会开口笑的另外一种鸡蛋糕   粉类是不同的
下次再来做就用你的食谱啦~



 
尝试了这鸡蛋糕的口感  真的是很软 很松
好好吃喔~





食谱取自  Home Style Delicacies 家乡风味

材料
鸡蛋                   4颗
幼糖                   150g
香精                  半小匙
自发粉              180g (过筛)
7 up 汽水          50ml


做法
1,将蛋拌打成泡沫状,慢慢加入糖再继续拌打至非常浓厚,加入香精拌匀。
2。将1筛过的自发粉分三次拌入蛋糊中,最后才加入汽水拌匀。
3。将一个7寸圆形竹蒸笼铺上湿白布或油纸,倒入面糊,。
4。用大火蒸约30分钟至熟便可取出。

    Your steamed cakes look so pretty. I have not try steaming cakes... After seeing your post, I'm inspired to try this technique for more cake making :D
