香菇腊肠蒸鸡

很久很久以前(因为这是旧作)看到有人分享这样蒸法的一道菜肴,我本身没试过也没吃过,所以也跟着学了这道菜来试试看好不好吃。。。

没想到鸡肉、香菇、腊肠和姜丝的搭配是那么好吃滴,很下饭,让我也忍不住多添了一碗饭呢。







材料:
全鸡腿肉                                       1只
腊肠                                               1条
香菇                                               2朵(中型)
姜                                                  1小块


腌料:
花雕酒                                          1汤匙
薯粉                                              1茶匙
胡椒粉                                          少许
Maggi Seasoning                          1茶匙

                                           

事先准备:
1。全鸡腿洗净去骨,切片。然后加入腌料腌制半个小时,备用。
2。腊肠和香菇清洗干净,然后各自切式片状,姜切成丝状。


做法:
1。取一蒸盘,把腌制好的鸡肉片排入盘里,然后再排入鸡肉的间隔缝里。
2。铺上香菇片,再撒上姜丝即可。




3。内锅加入水再放入蒸架,按 “Steam” 键,让温度上升至水滚。
4。放入之前准备好的腊肠鸡肉,盖上盖子。
5。温度到达100度时,蒸上15分钟后就可断电,焖多10分钟即可取出享用或继续保温。
