金瓜发糕
好久没做发糕了
家里的金瓜放了好久就快要发霉咯
今天就来解决掉~它
由于我家孩子超爱吃葡萄干
所以加了一些在里头
味道还不错
配方取自:
Ching家
材料:
南瓜泥 70g
细糖 70g
自发面粉 200g
椰浆 150g
热水 60g
做法:
1)细糖加入热水中搅匀,再将糖水加入南瓜泥和椰浆里拌匀。
2)筛入面粉拌匀。
3)倒入已放入纸托的铁模中约9分满,刀子沾上油,在面糊上划个X。
4)放入已煮滚水的锅中,大火蒸20分钟。
