香蕉杏仁麦芬 Banana Almond Muffin



 之前做了 Lepat Pisang 还剩下一些香蕉
而又刚好看到 Joceline 上的 Muffin
觉得做法还蛮简单的  就用了她分享的食谱




妈子家里没烤箱  就用了煤气炉来烘烤
时间方面加长了一些  温度用中小火来烘




还蛮不错的口感
下次还要再来做放上巧克力豆的做法
我想味道一定更好吧!

食谱取自:Nigella Lowson

份量 :10杯

材料:
香蕉泥                   3条香蕉(约200克)
粟米油                   125 ml
AA鸡蛋                 2颗
低筋面粉              250g
细砂糖                  80g
苏打粉                  1/4 茶匙
发粉                      1茶匙
巧克力豆              150克(我用杏仁粒  50g)

撒面 :巧克力豆(适量)(我用杏仁)

做法:
1。先把杏仁烤香。
2。把蛋液打散后,加入油拌均匀。
3。加入细砂糖。然后筛人所有的粉类。搅拌均匀。最后放入香蕉泥和杏仁粒。
4。把面糊倒入满芬杯里大约7分满。表层撒上杏仁。
5。烤箱预热后,以180度烘烤大约20分钟或熟即可。
(我用煤气炉来烘烤,中小火,时间大约30分钟。烘好之后熄火,先不要打开锅盖,让满分在锅里焖上十分钟才取出。)

    Your muffins look very pretty with almond that look like little hats! :D

    Nice to know almond can used to chocolate chips in this recipe.
