椰糖小松糕
看着食谱不知要做些什么
就选了这糕点
食谱来自:Eva Yu Yuet Wah
材料A
鸡蛋3粒
纯正椰糖浆50g
幼糖50g
黄油1茶匙
材料B
自发粉(筛过)150g
浓椰浆半碗
做法:
1。将材料A搅拌至松发,加入椰浆用胶匙拌匀
2。然后分三次加入自发粉搅拌均匀
3。倒入糕模内填至满。
4。大火蒸5分钟至熟
6。冷后取出小松糕即可
