饭锅炒粿条

鲜少煮炒面食之类的当晚餐,也懒得准备一大堆的材料,难得有这个心情想自家炒个简易版的粿条面,所以看看冰箱还有剩下什么就统统加下去,只有面和粿条特地跑出去杂货店购买。

直接用饭锅来炒,简单方便又不粘锅,材料一步一步跟着下,然后全部一锅熟,趁热上碟就能慢慢享用。







材料
粿条                 1包
黄面                 1包
菜心                 2棵(切段)
豆芽                 1小包
鱼饼                 3块(切片)
蒜头                 1大粒(切碎)
猪肉片             1小碗
油                    适量
清水                适量



调味料
黑酱油
鱼露
生抽
甜酱油
番茄酱
辣椒酱


*调味料依个人口味而自行调味。


 
做法
1.锅里加入油,按“Rice”键烧热油,倒入蒜米爆香。
2.加入鱼饼和肉片翻炒后,调味料逐一加入再注入清水煮滚,放入菜心。
3.把黄面和粿条倒入,翻炒至均匀上色汤汁收干。
4.然后加入豆芽拌炒均匀即可享用。

  1. Hi Rachel ! I saw your link and jump here right away , couldn't resist a good char kway teow :D Rice cooker sounds like a great idea to cook this noodles , less mess and certainly no noodles sticking at the bottom !

    Creative way of cooking stir fry rice noodle, love it. looking so delicious, must have big bowl of it.
