南乳姜汁蒸南瓜鸡翼

 一道非常简单又容易的料理,我想连不会下厨的姐妹们应该也能轻轻松松的煮好这道菜肴吧!

做法就是只要把鸡翼清洗干净,斩小块再放腌料腌制,然后摆盘下锅蒸,蒸好后就能马上享用,是不是超级的简单呢?


南瓜、南乳和姜汁的搭配,味道蛮不错的,连不爱吃南瓜的女儿也特别要求多吃几口。就是看它简单的做法,刚好这个月是南瓜主题,所以三两下的功夫就把它给搞定!

材料:
鸡翼              4-5支(斩三小块)
南瓜              100克(去皮,切片)

腌料:
南乳              1块(压烂)
姜汁              1汤匙
幼糖              1茶匙
薯粉              1汤匙
麻油              1汤匙
黑酱油          半茶匙

做法:
1。将鸡翼以腌料腌制30分钟。
2。将南瓜排在盘里,铺上做法(1),入锅以大火蒸15分钟即可。


温馨小提醒:
新鲜的鸡翼比较适合蒸煮,冷冻的鸡翼在骨头里会有血色。


Ingredients:
4-5 Chicken Wings (chopped into 3 parts)
100g Pumpkin (peeled, sliced)

Mariande:
1 Cube fermented reddish beancurd or nam yee (mashed)
1 Tsp dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp ginger juice
1 Tsp caster sugar
1 Tbsp tapioca flour
1 Tsp sesame oil

Method:
1. Coat chicken wings with marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Arrange pumpkin slices on a plate. Lay no.(1) on the plate. Steam dish over high heat for 15 minutes.

Tips:
Freash chicken wings is ideal to steam. Frozen meat may have a bit of raddish colouring on the bones.
