橙薯糖水

好久没喝这糖水了
买来的橙薯多数都是拿来做糕点
很少会想到煮糖水






 一直以来煮糖水都没放姜片的
担心小孩不爱吃
但这次很想喝姜的味道 就加了一些
 








材料:
橙薯                 2条
糖                     适量
香兰叶             2片 (打结)
姜                     1小块(切片)

做法:
1。橙薯削皮,洗净,切块。
2。烧一锅的热水,把香兰叶和姜片放入。
3。待水滚的时候,加入橙薯。
4。等到橙薯,软至熟后,加入糖试味,即可享用。

    I reckon the addition of pandan and ginger makes this dessert very fragrant and refreshing. Yum!
