泰式的料理一直以来都是我爱的菜肴,去到哪就吃到哪。尤其是那“东炎”和“豆腐”每次都是必点的菜色。
泰式的烹煮法,大多是以辣为主,再来就是酸甜。
刚炸好的豆腐
趁热享用,外皮是酥脆的,里头是水嫩嫩的哦
材料:
豆腐 3片
日本青瓜 1条
洋葱 1粒
炸鸡粉 适量
薯粉 适量
泰式辣椒酱 4-5汤匙
做法:
1。把豆腐清洗干净,再将豆腐一片切成九小块。
2。豆腐裹上少许的薯粉,然后在沾上炸鸡粉。
3。热油锅,把裹好炸鸡粉的豆腐,用中火炸至金黄色即可捞起,沥干油。
4。把青瓜刨丝,洋葱切成丝。
5。豆腐摆盘,撒上洋葱丝,倒入泰式辣椒酱。
6。之后再撒上青瓜丝,即可。趁热享用。

我不喜欢吃豆腐,但是我爱吃上面参着泰式辣椒酱的洋葱青瓜。。呵呵。。
