刚好今天心情好 来个大特写
看看这吃了就包赢的饭 胃口大增
咸蛋黄的味道真香!
做法应该算是很简单吧
准备好材料
开火立刻就能炒个粒粒分明的《金包银》了
食谱取自Y3K Recipes 第73期 Page 24
材料
冷白饭 1碗
蛋黄 3粒(轻轻打散)
咸蛋黄 2粒(蒸熟,压碎)
调味料
胡椒粉 少许
盐 少许
做法
1。先把咸蛋蒸熟,然后取出咸蛋黄压碎。备用。
2。将白饭与蛋黄拌均匀,待用。
3。锅里热少许油,将(2)倒入锅里炒至熟。
4。加入咸蛋黄翻炒,再加入调味料炒香即可盛入碗里。
